To receive a quote for assembly / installation services, you can either send us an email to service@assemblymasters.net, send us a fax (Call us for fax number please) or you can call our TOLL FREE number at 1-888-782-3876. Make sure to have all your furniture and/or product information available when you contact us. The more information you have, the better we can provide you with a fair & competitive quote.

1. How do I request a quote for service?

We provide flat-rate pricing "per-item" based on our TLC formula (Time/ Location/ Complexity). Of course there are exceptions. The Industry standard is approx 1/3 of the MSRP of a product. Offering affordable per-item flat rates for fast and easy quotes, Assembly Masters will let you know exactly what the cost will be BEFORE anyone comes out. Just provide the information requested above in FAQ #2.

Payment can be made right over the phone with a major credit card or with our technicians at your location with cash (U.S. dollars only) or by company check.
(NO personal checks accepted).

Amongst the top priorities at Assembly Masters is peice of mind for our customers and technicians. For this reason, we carry qualifying general liability insurance supporting most commercial / residential requirements. Documents available upon request.

6. What areas do you service?

Assembly Masters provides on-site service seven (7) days a week. That’s right, even on Sundays! Taking appointments on a first-come basis through our service team Monday through Saturday, you can schedule your services request for the next week or for the very next day (when available)! Proudly offering a 3-hour arrival window!

7. What are your hours of service?

Assembly Masters does not provide delivery service at this time. We leave the heavy stuff up to the big guys with big trucks. Our AMT’s (Assembly Master Technicians) are fit, fast, skilled and experienced assembly professionals; the kind of guys that focus on the details to transorm your Ready-To-Assemble products into Ready-To-Use!
