Terms and Conditions for On-Site Assembly Service Website
 

1. Acceptance of Terms By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. 
 

2. Service Description We provide on-site assembly services for various products. Our services include assembling, installing, and/or setting up products at your designated location. 
 

3. Booking and Payment: 
 

  • You can book our services through our website, by email or by contacting us directly.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept mot major credit and debit cards.

  • Prices for services are provided as a flat-rate based on exactly what you need to be assembled and/ or installed and are subject to change. You agree to pay the price listed at the time of booking. 
     

4. Cancellation and Refunds:
 

  • You may cancel a service booking, but a cancellation fee may apply. Please refer to our cancellation policy on our website for details. b. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy as stated on our website.

5. Service Scheduling:
 

  • We will make reasonable efforts to schedule services at a time convenient for you.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.

6. Customer Responsibilities:

 

  • You are responsible for providing a safe and suitable workspace for our assembly team.

  • You must ensure that all necessary components and instructions for the product assembly are available. 

  • If you need to reschedule or change a booking, please contact us within a reasonable time frame of at least 24 hours before your schedule service. Any late cancellation within 24 hours may incur a minimum late-cancellation trip charge based on your specific request.

7. Warranty: 

 

  • We provide a limited 30-Day warranty for our assembly services for the assembly of new "In-The-Box" items the were not already opened or started by a 3rd-party. Details are available on our website. b. Our warranty does not cover damage to products or parts that are not related to our assembly services.

8. Liability:

 

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the assembly service.

  • We are not responsible for any damage to products or property that occurs during or after the assembly process, damage or defects caused by the manufacturer as well.

9. Privacy:

 

  • We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website and services, you consent to such processing, services and offerings.

10. Intellectual Property:

 

  • All content on our website is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission in writing, whether digital or in person.

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services and website at our discretion.

This decision is made solely by our business alone. Arbitrary proceedings are required to take place before and/ or prior to any type type of legal action or court action takes place.
